Translations

(Etheridge) And immediately the Spirit led him forth into the desert.

(Murdock) And directly the Spirit carried him into the wilderness:

(Lamsa) And immediately the Spirit drove him out into the wilderness.

(KJV) And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness.
