Translations

(Etheridge) and were I to ask you, you would not return me a word, nor release me.

(Murdock) And if I should ask you, ye will not return me an answer; nor will ye release me.

(Lamsa) And if I ask you, you will not answer me nor release me.

(KJV) And if I also ask you, ye will not answer me, nor let me go.
