Translations

(Etheridge) But you, not so: yea, he who is great among you, let him be as the least; and he who is chief, as one who serveth.

(Murdock) But ye, not so: but he that is great among you, must be as the least; and he that is chief, as the servitor.

(Lamsa) But not so with you; but he who is great among you, let him be the least, and he who is a leader be like a minister.

(KJV) But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
