Translations

(Etheridge) But let the humble brother glory in his exaltation,

(Murdock) And let the depressed brother rejoice, in his elevation;

(Lamsa) Let the brother of low estate rejoice because he is exalted.

(KJV) Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
