Ephesians 5:28 - ܗܳܟ݂ܰܢܳܐ ܘܳܠܶܐ ܠܓ݂ܰܒ݂ܪܶܐ ܕ݁ܢܰܚܒ݂ܽܘܢ ܢܶܫܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܕ݁ܰܠܦ݂ܰܓ݂ܪܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܡܰܢ ܕ݁ܠܰܐܢ݈ܬ݁ܬ݂ܶܗ ܓ݁ܶܝܪ ܡܰܚܶܒ݂ ܢܰܦ݂ܫܶܗ ܗ݈ܽܘ ܡܰܚܶܒ݂ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) So it becometh husbands to love their wives, as their own bodies. For he who his wife loveth, himself he loveth.

(Murdock) It behooveth men so to love their wives, as [they do] their own bodies. For he that loveth his wife loveth himself.

(Lamsa) So should men love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.

(KJV) So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.
