Translations

(Etheridge) And he knocked at the gate of the court, and there came forth to answer him a damsel whose name was Roda.

(Murdock) And he knocked at the gate of the court; and a maid named Rhoda came to reply to him.

(Lamsa) When he knocked at the door of the courtyard, a little girl named Rhoda came out to answer.

(KJV) And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.
