Translations

(Etheridge) that I have great grief, and (that) the sorrow of my heart ceaseth not.

(Murdock) that I have great sorrow, and the sadness of my heart is unceasing.

(Lamsa) That I am exceedingly sorrowful, and the pain which is in my heart never ceases.

(KJV) That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart.
