Matthew 27:6 - ܪܒܝ ܟܗܢܐ ܕܝܢ ܫܩܠܘܗܝ ܠܟܣܦܐ ܘܐܡܪܘ ܠܐ ܫܠܝܛ ܕܢܪܡܝܘܗܝ ܒܝܬ ܩܘܪܒܢܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܛܝܡܝ ܕܡܐ ܗܘ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But the chief priests took up the silver, and said, It is not lawful that we throw it into the place of offering, because it is the price of blood.

(Murdock) And the chief priests took up the silver, and said: It is not lawful to put it into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.

(Lamsa) The high priests took the silver and said, It is not lawful to put it in the house of offerings, because it is the price of blood.

(KJV) And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.
