Translations

(Etheridge) And when they had gone forth, they found a Kurinean man whose name was Shemun: this (man) they compel to carry his cross.

(Murdock) And as they went out, they found a man of Cyrene whose name was Simon; him they compelled to bear his cross.

(Lamsa) And as they were going out, they found a man of Cyrene, whose name was Simon, whom they compelled to carry his cross.

(KJV) And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.
