Translations

(Etheridge) Whosoever will find his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it.

(Murdock) He that preserveth his life, shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake, shall preserve it.

(Lamsa) He who is concerned about his life shall lose it; and he who loses his life for my sake shall find it.

(KJV) He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
