Translations

(Etheridge) there was a certain man whose name was Zakai; he was rich and chief of the publicans: [Rab Mokasee.]

(Murdock) [there was] a certain man, whose name was Zaccheus, who was rich, and chief of the publicans;

(Lamsa) There was a man named Zacchaeus, who was rich and chief of the publicans.

(KJV) And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich.
