Acts 7:39 - ܘܠܳܐ ܨܒ݂ܰܘ ܠܡܶܬ݁ܕ݁ܢܳܝܽܘ ܠܶܗ ܐܰܒ݂ܳܗܳܬ݂ܰܢ ܐܶܠܳܐ ܫܰܒ݂ܩܽܘܗ݈ܝ ܘܰܒ݂ܠܶܒ݁ܰܘܳܬ݂ܗܽܘܢ ܗܦ݂ܰܟ݂ܘ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܠܡܶܨܪܶܝܢ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) And our fathers willed not to give heed to him, but left him, and in their hearts turned back to Mitsreen,

(Murdock) And our fathers would not hearken to him, but forsook him, and in their hearts returned again to Egypt;

(Lamsa) Yet our fathers would not listen to him, but they left him, and in their hearts turned towards Egypt.

(KJV) To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt,
