Translations

(Etheridge) Who then willeth life, And loveth good days to see ? Let him keep his tongue from evil, And his lips that they speak not guile.

(Murdock) Therefore, whoever chooseth life, and desireth to see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile;

(Lamsa) Now, therefore, he who desires eternal life and wants to see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:

(KJV) For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
