Translations

(Etheridge) But why dost thou look at the rod that is in thy brother's eye, while the rafter that is in thine own eye thou dost not consider?

(Murdock) And why observest thou the straw in thy brother's eye, and regardest not the beam that is in thine own eye ?

(Lamsa) Why do you see the splinter which is in your brother's eye, and do not feel the beam which is in your own eye?

(KJV) And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
