Romans 11:8 - ܐܰܝܟ݁ܰܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܟ݂ܬ݂ܺܝܒ݂ ܕ݁ܝܰܗ݈ܒ݂ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܪܽܘܚܳܐ ܡܕ݂ܰܥܪܳܢܺܝܬ݂ܳܐ ܘܥܰܝܢܶܐ ܕ݁ܠܳܐ ܢܶܒ݂ܚܪܽܘܢ ܒ݁ܗܶܝܢ ܘܶܐܕ݂ܢܶܐ ܕ݁ܠܳܐ ܢܶܫܡܥܽܘܢ ܥܕ݂ܰܡܳܐ ܠܝܰܘܡܳܐ ܕ݁ܝܰܘܡܳܢܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) As it is written, Aloha hath given them the spirit of trouble, ^{[Spiritum stupidum.-WALTON.]} And eyes that see not, and ears that hear not, until the present day.

(Murdock) - (as it is written: God gave them a stupid spirit, and eyes to see not, and ears to hear not,) unto this very day.

(Lamsa) As it is written, God has given them a stubborn spirit, eyes that cannot see, and ears that cannot hear, to this very day.

(KJV) (According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear;) unto this day.
