Translations

(Etheridge) and were baptized of him in Jurdan, the river, while they were confessing their sins.

(Murdock) And they were baptized by him in the river Jordan, while they confessed their sins.

(Lamsa) And they were baptized by him in the river Jordan, as they confessed their sins.

(KJV) And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.
