Matthew 25:27 - ܘܳܠܶܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܳܟ݂ ܕ݁ܬ݂ܰܪܡܶܐ ܟ݁ܶܣܦ݁ܝ ܥܰܠ ܦ݁ܳܬ݂ܽܘܪܳܐ ܘܳܐܬ݂ܶܐ ܗ݈ܘܺܝܬ݂ ܐܶܢܳܐ ܘܬ݂ܳܒ݂ܰܥ ܗ݈ܘܺܝܬ݂ ܕ݁ܺܝܠܝ ܥܰܡ ܪܶܒ݁ܝܳܬ݂ܶܗ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) Did it not behove thee to cast my money upon the table, that when I came I might require mine own with its increase ?

(Murdock) Thou oughtest to have cast my money into the exchange; and I might have come and demanded my property with its interest.

(Lamsa) You should then have put my money in the exchange, and when I returned I would have demanded my own with interest.

(KJV) Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
