Matthew 13:5 - ܘܰܐ݈ܚܪܺܢܳܐ ܢܦ݂ܰܠ ܥܰܠ ܫܽܘܥܳܐ ܐܰܝܟ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܠܰܝܬ݁ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܡܶܕ݂ܪܳܐ ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܳܐܐ ܘܒ݂ܰܪ ܫܳܥܬ݂ܶܗ ܫܘܰܚ ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕ݁ܠܰܝܬ݁ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܥܽܘܡܩܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܪܥܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) Another (portion) fell upon the rock, where there was not much soil; and immediately ^{[Bar-shoteh, " the son of its hour."]} it sprung up, because there was no depth of earth.

(Murdock) And other [seed] fell upon a rock, so that it had not much soil: and it sprung up forthwith, because there was no depth of earth.

(Lamsa) Other fell upon the rock, where there was not sufficient soil; and it sprang up earlier because the ground was not deep enough;

(KJV) Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
