Translations

(Etheridge) And they ran throughout all that land, and began to bring those who were greatly afflicted, bearing them on couchettes, to where they heard that he was.

(Murdock) And they ran through all that region, and began to bring forth them that were sick, bearing them on beds to where they heard he was.

(Lamsa) And they came running throughout that land; and began to bring those who were seriously sick, carrying them in quilt-beds, where they heard he was.

(KJV) And ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.
