Translations

(Etheridge) And Shemun, and they who were with him, had been heavy with sleep, and were scarcely awaked when ^{[Compare the use of the vau in Eph 1:20.]} they saw his glory and those two men who stood with him.

(Murdock) And Simon and those with him were oppressed with drowsiness; and being scarcely awake, they saw his glory, and those two men who stood near him.

(Lamsa) And Simon and those who were with him were heavy with sleep; and when they awoke they saw his glory, and the two men who stood with him.

(KJV) But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.
