Translations

(Etheridge) And he spake this parable: A man had a fig-tree which was planted in his vinery: and he came and sought fruits on it, but did not find.

(Murdock) And he spoke this similitude: A man had a fig-tree that was planted in his vineyard: and he came, seeking fruits upon it, and found none.

(Lamsa) And he spoke this parable; A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit on it, and he did not find any.

(KJV) He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.
