John 11:25 - ܐܳܡܰܪ ܠܳܗ ܝܶܫܽܘܥ ܐܶܢܳܐ ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܢܽܘܚܳܡܳܐ ܘܚܰܝܶܐ ܡܰܢ ܕ݁ܰܡܗܰܝܡܶܢ ܒ݁ܺܝ ܐܳܦ݂ܶܢ ܢܡܽܘܬ݂ ܢܺܚܶܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) Jeshu saith to her, I am the Resurrection and the Life; ^{[Eno-no Nuchoma Va-chayee. The appellative Nuchoma is commonly rendered, "the consolation." The Syriac verb nachem is either consolatus est, or resurrexit. The rising of the dead was well called "the consolation !"]} and (he) who believeth in me, although he will die, shall live.

(Murdock) Jesus said to her: I am the consolation, and life. And he that believeth in me, though he should die, will live.

(Lamsa) Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me, even though he die, he shall live.

(KJV) Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
