Hebrews 6:17 - ܡܶܛܽܠ ܗܳܢܳܐ ܝܰܬ݁ܺܝܪܳܐܝܺܬ݂ ܨܒ݂ܳܐ ܐܰܠܳܗܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܢܚܰܘܶܐ ܠܝܳܪܬ݁ܶܐ ܕ݁ܡܽܘܠܟ݁ܳܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܫܽܘܘ݈ܕ݁ܳܝܶܗ ܠܳܐ ܡܶܫܬ݁ܰܚܠܰܦ݂ ܘܚܰܒ݂ܫܶܗ ܒ݁ܡܰܘܡܳܬ݂ܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) On this account Aloha, willing abundantly to manifest to the heirs of the promise that his engagement is changeless, hath bound it in an oath:

(Murdock) Therefore, God, being abundantly willing to show to the heirs of the promise, that his promising was irreversible, bound it up in an oath;

(Lamsa) Therefore, because God wanted more abundantly to show to the heirs of promise that his agreement was unchangeable, he sealed it by an oath.

(KJV) Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
