Translations

(Etheridge) Then they sent men and instructed them to say, We have heard him speak words of blasphemy against Musha and against Aloha.

(Murdock) Then they sent men, and instructed them to say: We have heard him speak words of blasphemy, against Moses and against God.

(Lamsa) Then they sent men and instructed them to say, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses and against God.

(KJV) Then they suborned men, which said, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses, and against God.
