Translations

(Etheridge) AND when it became morning, men of the Jihudoyee gathered and bound a vow ^[Cherem.] upon themselves, that they would not eat or drink till they had killed Paulos.

(Murdock) And when it was morning, several of the Jews assembled together, and bound themselves by imprecations that they would neither eat nor drink until they had slain Paul.

(Lamsa) And when it was morning, certain of the Jews banded together and bound themselves under oath, that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.

(KJV) And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.
