Romans 7:9 - ܐܶܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܚܰܝ ܗ݈ܘܺܝܬ݂ ܕ݁ܠܳܐ ܢܳܡܽܘܣܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܩܕ݂ܺܝܡ ܟ݁ܰܕ݂ ܐܶܬ݂ܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܦ݁ܽܘܩܕ݁ܳܢܳܐ ܚܛܺܝܬ݂ܳܐ ܚܝܳܬ݂ ܘܶܐܢܳܐ ܡܺܝܬ݂ܶܬ݂ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But I was alive without the law formerly: but when the commandment came, sin lived, and I died.

(Murdock) And I, without the law, was alive formerly; but when the commandment came, sin became alive, and I died;

(Lamsa) Formerly I lived without the law: but when the commandment came, sin came to life and I died.

(KJV) For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.
