Translations

(Etheridge) And when he had nothing to pay, his lord commanded that they should sell (both) himself, his wife, and his children, and all that he had, and to pay.

(Murdock) And as he had not wherewith to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, him and his wife and his children, and all that he possessed, and payment to be made.

(Lamsa) And as he could not pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, together with his wife and children, and all that he had, so that he could pay.

(KJV) But forasmuch as he had not to pay, his lord commanded him to be sold, and his wife, and children, and all that he had, and payment to be made.
