Translations

(Etheridge) THEN answered certain from the scribes and Pharishee, and said to him, Teacher, we would wish to see a sign from thee.

(Murdock) Then answered some of the Scribes and of the Pharisees, and said to him: Teacher, we wish to see from thee a sign.

(Lamsa) Then some of the men of the scribes and Pharisees answered and said to him, Teacher, we would like to see a sign from you.

(KJV) Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.
