Translations

(Etheridge) But when that centurion who stood near him saw that he cried thus, and ended, (he) said, Assuredly this man was the Son of Aloha.

(Murdock) And when the centurion, who was standing near him, saw that he so cried and expired, he said: Verily, this was the Son of God.

(Lamsa) And when the centurion, who stood by near him, saw that he cried out in this manner and passed away, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.

(KJV) And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.
