Mark 1:22 - ܘܬ݂ܰܡܺܝܗܺܝܢ ܗܘܰܘ ܒ݁ܝܽܘܠܦ݁ܳܢܶܗ ܡܰܠܶܦ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܓ݁ܶܝܪ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܡܫܰܠܛܳܐ ܘܠܳܐ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܣܳܦ݂ܪܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) And they wondered at his doctrine; for he taught them as having power, and not as their Sophree.

(Murdock) And they were astonished at his doctrine; for he taught them, as having authority, and not as their Scribes.

(Lamsa) And they were amazed at his teaching; for he taught them as one with an authority, and not like their scribes.

(KJV) And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.
