Translations

(Etheridge) Now I request from you, my brethren, that ye prolong your minds on the word of exhortation; for in a few (words) I have written to you.

(Murdock) And I beseech you, my brethren, that ye be patient under this word of exhortation; for it is in few words I have written to you.

(Lamsa) And I beseech you, my brethren, to be patient in the word of comfort: for I have written you very briefly.

(KJV) And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.
