Acts 16:36 - ܘܟ݂ܰܕ݂ ܫܡܰܥ ܪܰܒ݁ ܒ݁ܶܝܬ݂ ܐܰܣܺܝܪܶܐ ܥܰܠ ܐܶܡܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܗܺܝ ܗܳܕ݂ܶܐ ܡܶܠܬ݂ܳܐ ܠܦ݁ܰܘܠܳܘܣ ܕ݁ܫܰܕ݁ܰܪܘ ܐܶܣܛܪܰܛܺܓ݂ܶܐ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܕ݁ܬ݂ܶܫܬ݁ܪܽܘܢ ܘܗܳܫܳܐ ܦ݁ܽܘܩܘ ܙܶܠܘ ܒ݁ܰܫܠܳܡܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) AND when the chief of the house of the bound heard, he entered and spoke that word to Paulos, that the prefects have sent that you might he dismissed; and now go forth (and) proceed in peace.

(Murdock) And when the superior of the prison heard [it], he went in, and said the same thing to Paul; [namely], that . the prefects have sent [word] that ye be set free. And now, [said he,] Go ye out, and depart in peace.

(Lamsa) And when the keeper of the prison heard this, he went in and told Paul, saying, The soldiers have sent orders to release you: now therefore depart, and go in peace.

(KJV) And the keeper of the prison told this saying to Paul, The magistrates have sent to let you go: now therefore depart, and go in peace.
