Translations

(Etheridge) Unknown to them is this while they are willing, that the heaven was from of old, and the earth from the waters and through the waters ^{[Men mäyo, vabyad mäyo komath.]} subsisted, by the word of Aloha:

(Murdock) For this they willingly forget, that the heavens were of old; and the earth rose up from the waters, and by means of water, by the word of God.

(Lamsa) Of this they are willingly ignorant: that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water, and in the water;

(KJV) For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
