Translations

(Etheridge) For they learned what an entrance we had unto you, and how you turned to Aloha, from the fear of idols, to worship Aloha the living and the true;

(Murdock) For they declare, what an ingress we had to you, and how ye turned from the worship of idols unto God, that ye might worship the living and true God;

(Lamsa) For these people themselves relate how we entered first among you, and how you turned to God from idols, to serve the living and true God;

(KJV) For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;
