Translations
(Etheridge) Again, a new commandment I write to you, that which is true in him and in you; because the darkness hath passed, and the true light beginneth to appear.
(Murdock) Again, a new commandment I write to you, which is true in him and in you; because the darkness hath passed away, and the true light beginneth to appear.
(Lamsa) Again, a new commandment I do write to you, which thing is true in Him and in you: because the darkness is past, and the true light now shines.
