Translations

(Etheridge) And he stood upon the sand of the sea. AND I saw that a beast of prey [Literally, (chaivith sheno,) a beast of the tooth, i. e., a carnivorous animal. The same expression occurs throughout.] ascended from the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and upon his horns seven diadems; and upon his heads names of blasphemy.

(Murdock) And I saw a beast of prey come up from the sea, having ten horns, and seven heads; and upon his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.

(Lamsa) AND as I stood on the sand of the sea, I saw a wild beast rise up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads blasphemous words.

(KJV) And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
