Translations

(Etheridge) but if thine eye be evil, thy whole body will be dark. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, what will thy darkness be ?

(Murdock) But if thy eye shall be diseased, thy whole body will be dark. If then the light that is in thee be darkness, how great will be thy darkness !

(Lamsa) But if your eye is diseased, your whole body will be dark. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how much more will be your darkness.

(KJV) But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!
