Translations

(Etheridge) and men were scorched with great heat; and men blasphemed the name of Aloha who hath power over these plagues; and they repented not to give him glory.

(Murdock) And men were scorched with great heat; and men blasphemed the name of God, who hath authority over these plagues; and they repented not, to give glory to him.

(Lamsa) And men were scorched by intense heat, and they blasphemed the name of God, who has power over these plagues: and they did not repent to give him glory.
